the job in a nutshell
To create a model apartment for customers to envision their future home.
A neutral colour palette makes for a universally appealing home. Light fixtures in the whole apartment have gold and brass touches. These metallic highlights perfectly offset the luxurious fabrics and warm wood of the furniture. Other unique features in the living–dining area include a marble-top dining table with brass legs that echo the brass on a minimalist chandelier above it, ink paintings, and a dining console. Sweeping rugs, indoor plants, hanging lights, and decorative ceramics liven up the space. There are also layered curtains across large windows so that the residents can choose how much natural light they want to allow in.
As in the rest of the apartment, the kitchen space is used efficiently. Cream, white, and wood tints open up the limited area. There are built-in appliances and storage options above and below the marble counter. Open shelves allow for easy access to frequently used items or leave room for decorative pieces.
The two cosy bedrooms are designed to maximise the available space and make them feel expansive. The master bedroom, in light shades of taupe, grey, and beige, has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, end-to-end glass wardrobes, and plush accents in the wall claddings.
This chic design is continued in the second bedroom, with darker grey upholstery and fluted wood panelling on the highlight wall. There is either a TV/entertainment centre or a monitor/wall desk in each bedroom.
